This Privacy Policy explains how Kavarica McCurry Insurance (“we,” “us”), operating the TIC Command Center platform, collects, uses, and protects information about clients, prospects, and agents who use our services.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide to us or your agent — such as name, phone number, email address, mailing address, and insurance-related details needed to quote and service coverage — and information created while using the platform, such as notes, appointments, and documents you upload.
How we use information
We use your information to provide insurance services, communicate with you (including by phone, email, and text message), schedule appointments, process applications, and improve our services.
Text messaging
With your consent, we send account-related and customer-service text messages (for example, appointment reminders, application/policy updates, requested quotes, and follow-ups). Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in information or phone numbers with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in data is used only to deliver the messages you agreed to receive.
How we share information
We share information only as needed to provide services — for example, with insurance carriers to submit applications you request, and with service providers who help us operate the platform (such as our messaging and hosting providers) under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Data security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and limit access to it.
Your choices
You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP, and you may contact us to access, correct, or delete your information.
