This is an agency workflow tool — not an insurance carrier
TIC Command Center is a customer-relationship and workflow tool used by Kavarica McCurry Insurance and its agents to organize their own work. It is not an insurance company, not an underwriting system, and does not issue, bind, price, approve, or decline any policy. Nothing shown in this app is a quote, an offer of insurance, or a coverage decision. Coverage is provided solely by licensed insurance carriers through a licensed agent, subject to each carrier's own application and underwriting.
Who may use this tool
Access is provided to agents and staff who are invited by an agency owner. You agree to use the tool only for legitimate agency business, to keep your login private, and not to attempt to access data belonging to another agency or another agent.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, for complying with applicable laws (including TCPA and state rules on calling and texting consumers), and for honoring opt-out requests. You agree not to use the tool to send unlawful, harassing, or unsolicited messages.
Text messaging
Messages are sent only to contacts who have consented. Recipients can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how message data is handled.
No warranty
The tool is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it available and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. It is a tool to assist your business, not a substitute for your own professional judgment or for a carrier's official records.
Ending access
An agency owner may remove an agent's access at any time, which immediately ends that agent's ability to sign in. We may suspend access that appears to violate these terms.
Requesting your data or its deletion
You may ask us to provide a copy of, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email kavaricamccurry@gmail.com with the subject “Data request” and tell us what you'd like done. We'll respond and act on verified requests within a reasonable time, except where we're required to keep certain records (for example, for insurance or legal compliance).
